1. Operator Requirements
Operators must complete company-provided training.
For multi-person operation, a lead operator must be designated.
2. Pre-Startup Inspection
Check laser head height.
Ensure no obstacles are present around the machine.
Verify that water pipes are not frozen or blocked due to low ambient temperature.
Check for water leakage that may cause electrical short circuits.
3. Machine Startup Sequence (Strictly Follow Company Guidelines)
Turn on the main power switch and wait for the voltage stabilizer to activate.
Rotate the key and press the start button (in summer, wait until the control cabinet temperature drops to ~25°C).
Check for alarms in the water chiller and oil reservoir.
Power on the laser (in winter, wait until water temperature reaches ~20°C).
Start the computer and cutting gas supply.
4. Cutting Software Operation Guidelines
After launching the software, always perform a machine homing operation and enable soft limit protection.
Select appropriate process parameters and nozzles based on material type before cutting.
Execute a border test before processing; check gas cylinder pressure for first-time use.
Apply micro-joints in nesting layouts to prevent laser head collisions.
Operators must keep the remote control on hand and press pause immediately if abnormalities occur.
5. Maintenance & Safety Protocols
Regular Maintenance
Replace deionized water and clean the chiller tank monthly.
Implement winter antifreeze measures as specified.
Clean machine rails, gears, and racks monthly; apply clean grease to racks.
Drain air dryers daily and replace filters periodically.
Seal optical windows and nozzles when replacing protective lenses to prevent dust ingress.
Never disassemble internal laser optics except for protective lenses.
Safety Rules
Never enter the cutting zone while the machine is operational.
Monitor gas cylinder pressure and replace promptly when low.
All troubleshooting must be performed after power-off; contact authorized technicians for repairs.
Note: Unauthorized modifications or repairs are strictly prohibited.
